Paste from a browser, Word or an AI chat. Markd strips style attributes, tracking pixels and base64 images and leaves clean Markdown.
Copy as rich text
One shortcut copies your Markdown as rich text for Google Docs, Notion or Gmail. Headings, tables and code blocks survive the trip.
Live preview
Markdown and rendered output stay in sync as you type, with GitHub-flavored tables, task lists, fenced code and footnotes.
Local-first
Markd runs on your computer. Nothing persists unless you save it.
A CLI too
Pipe it: pbpaste | markd --copy, or batch-convert a folder with markd docs/*.html -o out/.

Which platforms does Markd run on?
Mac and Windows.
Is it a subscription?
No. Markd is a one-time purchase.
Does a direct license work with the Mac App Store version?
No. Direct and Mac App Store purchases are separate (and so will a Microsoft Store purchase be); buy from the place you’ll install from.
Do my documents leave my computer?
No. Markd converts locally. Nothing persists unless you save it.
When can I buy it?
